The best way to contact our support team is from within the game. From the Town screen, simply tap on your profile icon (top left of the screen) and then tap on the 'Help & Support' button. This will open the game’s FAQs page (such as the one you’re currently reading). From here, you can send us a message by tapping on the '+' icon that appears either at the top right of the screen, or in the bottom right of the screen, depending on the operating system you are using. This will open a blank message window where you can write your message to us! There is also a paperclip icon that can be used to add an attachment (such as a screenshot).
